Our paperwork is simple and easy, just three (3) documents. The completed Fee Agreement which is e-mailed to you. We e-mail The Power of Attorney to you which is signed and dated by the claimant and faxed back to us. We e-mail The Assignment to you which is signed and dated by the claimant and faxed back to us. All of which are supplied by us at no cost to you. The documents are processed back to us using a simple fax machine insuring that they are received by us as soon as possible so we can get to work securing your funds before any time limit runs out and you can no longer claim the funds. Our work can not proceed until we have all three (3) documents completed and back in office. Therefore time is of the essence.
